^ I wouldn't recommend twice a day personally. The scrub is literally scrubbing away dead skin cells. However, if you do it too much you might be scratching new skin, which isn't good.
I use the Apricot Scrub in the morning to make my face look fresh, then one of their milder cleansers at night (exfoliates, but only a little bit) which has a bit of salycic acid. |
