I swear im cb obssessed all of a sudden >.< anyway, whats the fastest way to get abs without machines? I've been doing 50 crunches a day for the past...2 weeks and nothing happens. Same weight (116) and I have't grown taller (5'4/5'5) so...any tips? I wanna look really good cause...cause I want to tongue.gif and I can't go to the gym cause my parents are unbelievably paranoid that I'm going to get kidnapped. I was plannign to use the weight room in the school but tommorrow is the last day so i'm a little late. Plus, summer + beach = durrrrr i wanna look good! Haha...thanks for the tips

crunches are great for developing strong, toned abs. all you have to do is slowly increase the number of repetitions and sets as you get better with time. it's not something that happens overnight.. you have to constantly work at it. i started out doing 200 crunches a day. now i do at least 1000 a day. i balance it out of course. i don't do it all in one sitting. and it also helps to eat healthy. nothing too fattening to add on your tummy.. you want nothing but muscle to show. good luck =]

start eating healthy and never eat after 8 pm.
