I really suck at math. I just dont know why. I'm Asian ... and am i suppose to be good in math or what?

I got a C algebra 1 and geometry.

I need some help to improve my math skills. How do i became good in math? How do i gained logic in math. What can i do to improve my math skills. Are they any ways to absorb math effectively? suggestion? anything? help!

I want to prepared myself for my future career while i'm still an incoming junior. i desperately want to be well educated.

Although, I wouldn't necessarily depend on the help from your OWN teacher. If you are unable to do well in the class, sometimes it is the teacher's fault. I mean, no matter how hard I tried to learn anything in Pre-Calculus back in high school, the way my teacher taught it NEVER made any sense to me! I ended up teaching myself, but I still did not do much better. It was really difficult for me.

I had some tutoring from a friend who sort of understood the material, and luckily I ended up getting a B+. Although, the majority of my class got A's because they CHEATED, whereas I attempted to actually learn the work. lol They got screwed over when they took Calculus.

I do suggest getting tutored. I would NOT suggest doing practice books BY YOURSELF, as it's easier and more fast-paced if you have a one-on-one tutoring session with someone.

Eh, my boyfriend's Asian, and he was STILL IS horrible at math. After I tutored him for a while, he was finally able to grasp some concepts. Anyone can do it, it just depends on how much time you put into it, and the right resources. :]

BOO ASIAN STEREOTYPES!
