i was messing around on collegehumor.com and i found ANOTHER HIP-HOP VIOLINIST!! yay. http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1760914 this chick is rocking out the black eyed peas.
hip-hop violin is starting to become mainstream! yay! i play viola, but i'm pretty awesome http://myspace.com/viaj if u wanna hear me, i'm not that good, but i won a silver medal for playing Alicia Keys! hip-hop violin acts include Black Violin [i got to meet them], Nuttin But Stringz [step up movie, ncaa tournament music], Miri Ben-Ari [twista overnight celebrity video] these people are so awesome!! WE are so awesome! i'm actually trying to start a hip-hop/classical band @ my school with a pianist and another instrument heard of any of them, think its awesome? express! |
