how do you get unaddicted to something, such as a computer game, video game, myspace [any other website], etc?

^SO TRUE! God that game is horrible. I played for like a year, quit just a month ago. I started to realize that I was logging on only to do very monotonous boring things to get to the next stage of monotony.
