Hair Dye Brands, favorites/most accurate? Options

I want to have blue hair again. I used this manic panic midnight blue stuff last summer, and certain parts of my hair it would turn out amazingly blue, but other parts it wouldn't so much and that stuff tended to fade to a sea-green pretty quick, so I would only have BLUE blue hair for like 4 or 5 days lol.

Also I've used manic panic and some other stuff that I can't remember the name to get red hair, but those didn't seem that accurate based on what the box/bottle showed.

Anyone have a favorite brand that's really accurate to the bottle?

ah yeah, I suppose it could be contributed to the fact that I'm impatient with the bleaching process.
