My room gets really bright in the mornings, and I sleep a lot better since I've started wearing a sleep mask. I don't actually see the light until I want to, and I sleep longer and better.
 Does anybody else wear one? |

Nah, only on the planes. They usually slip off in the middle of the night anyways, haha. |
