how do you get unaddicted to something, such as a computer game, video game, myspace [any other website], etc?

Yeah, find something else to do. I used to be addicted to playing the Sims (Don't anyone laugh) and eventually I got bored with it and moved on, but that might've been my underlying ADD acting up. Haha. Just go do other things, like wash the dishes.
