how do you get unaddicted to something, such as a computer game, video game, myspace [any other website], etc? ![]() |

Find other things that occupy yourself. Read a book, go running, watch TV or something. Hide the controllers from yourself. Move the parts to the video game to a different room/place (like the t.v.).
This is usually the only way to stop an addiction. Create a way to where you can't get to what you want easily. |
