taped edges???, Need help making edges of pic look taped on.. |

Hello there!
I know I've seen the "taped on" or scrapbooked kind of look on pictures before, and I still can't quite figure out how to do it. I'm working on a picture that I rotated arbitrarily [if that's the right word] and I would love to know how to tape the edges. Any help is greatly appreciated! :] |
