Okay, so I was simply fed up with the display thing, the windows were HUGE, so I went into the system prefs and i messed up the display stuff.
I got it off center, but it was late and I couldn't mess with it anymore, I just left and and when I got on my comptuer it was a stange screen all messed up and I can't view hardly anything. Help? |

Go to your System Prefs, then hit Display. What is your Resolution set to? I'd try changing it to 1280 x 800; you may have changed your resolution to something like 640 x 480 when you were trying to "shrink" the windows, and that would have made everything actually huge, messing up your display. Did you happen to change your Colors from millions to thousands or 256 colors? That can mess up your screen so it displays less colors and doesn't let some software work, I think. I always keep mine on millions. If both those things didn't work, now click on the tab, Color. There are Display Profiles that may include Adobe RGB (1998), Color LCD, Generic RGB Profile and sRGB Profile. My default (I'm running on a Mac OS X, Version 10.4.6, Intel) is Color LCD. Any other profile results in really weird coloring of my screen. Change it back to Color LCD to be safe. That's really all I can think of for the moment. Sorry if that doesn't help, I hope your display gets fixed! |
