I'm not too sure if I'm in the right section or not.
I am an almost 19 year old 5'5'' female who weighs 148lbs. I want to get back in shape but I also want to start eating healthier. Any advice? I want my tight abs back....(I got them from dancing for 10years) I want to get back to ATLEAST 130lbs. Any advice and tips would be appreciated. |

Stop eating whatever you're eating that you shouldn't be eating. I stopped eating Arby's and lost 16 lbs ![]() Arby's is amazing. Workout Schedule (10:05-10:25)(11:25-11:45)(12:25-12:50) Monday - A (back/Tricepts) Tuesday - B (chest/bicepts) Wednesday - C (stomach/abs) Thursday - D (back/forearms) Friday - E (calves/thighs) That's my workout schedule, the times are based around time I'm on a break or lunch for school, A,B,C,D,E are the different exercise position the Bow flex Universal home gym I have offers, of course you can change any of those to your own preference. As for food, eat what you want, that's what I do, but go to a nutritionist, tell them what you normally eat in an average day/week, and have them let you know what supplements you should be taking along with exercise, go to your local GNC store and BAM!! start getting fit kid. |
