I downloaded itunes when I first got my laptop, but for some reason it wasn't working properly. Anyone else have this problem?
So I deleted it, but I'm going to download it again. Oh and a noobish question: How do I export my library from my ipod to my laptop? If I synch it, it'll erase everything on my ipod since the library on the laptop is empty. |

Regarding your iPod question:
I believe that this is the easiest solution. Download, follow the instructions on the site on where to install it, and follow instructions for 'Copying files to your Computer' to finnish. Windows Vista / iTunes: I'm not sure about your iTunes question, since I have a Mac OS X and it's always been installed on there. Try this, it's an article Apple wrote addressing Windows Vista / iTunes compatability. If your iTunes doesn't work after re-installing, don't delete it- try going to the site, re-installing, and then clicking the 'Repair' option instead of Remove or Install. |
