Date Ideas, What do you guys do on your dates? Options

Hey there! heres my dilema...well I live in a small town so theres really nothing here that would be considered as going on a date. Like let me explian that more...you see here you dont ask some one on a date and just go to supper and see from there if you want to have a second date or go serious...in my town you pretty much go official right away and so because of this i am a little bit uneducated on what other couples would do with some one they liked. For instance in my town there is very and i mean very little to do....to stress my point: this town only has 2 clothing stores and one is pretty much crashing and burning because our town is so lame....we have more bars here then any source of entertainment....in this town most couples resort to watching movies or possibly going to the beach hoping its warm enough(which most of the time its not because i live in the north)and honestly after awhile of always doing this with your specific other it cant get a little tedious....so back to my question what would you guys suggest a couple to do when their town does not provide many choices?

Here's a few you may want to consider, though:
- Cook together... make ice-cream sundaes! Rent a movie, too.
- Stargazing.
- Picnics; at home indoors or somewhere nice- outside.
- Visit another town, if one of you can drive.
- Movie marathon.
- Roast marshmallows.
