I'm not too sure if I'm in the right section or not.


I am an almost 19 year old 5'5'' female who weighs 148lbs. I want to get back in shape but I also want to start eating healthier. Any advice?
I want my tight abs back....(I got them from dancing for 10years) I want to get back to ATLEAST 130lbs.

Any advice and tips would be appreciated.

Crunches & Cardio. Cardio will burn off that fat you don't want, and crunches will tighten your stomach. You can also do those leg throw things which will help work your lower abs. I'd say pushups but most girls tend to throw that out the window and say they don't want to tone their arms or get smaller breasts. Lunges for your legs.
