So I'm starting the pig dissection in a week or so. My teacher put up picture links for the dissection.
 I clicked on the mouth and I was already grossed out so I didn't bother clicking the others. I don't know. My teacher said our pig practical test/quiz is worth like 10% of our final grade or something so I'm pretty scared about that.What should I expect?  How was your previous experience with the dissection? Any extremely helpful links? Thanks

It was really gross. My teacher last year didnt care what we did with it, so lets just say most kids mutilated theirs.
 It's not that much worse than the other disections I had to do last year. But if you're going to have to have a partner, maybe try to find a partner (probably a guy) who wants to do everything himself? lol that way you could just watch, and not have to cut on anything.

But isn't there that ethics thing for Bio and Anatomy/Physiology classes that states you won't cut it up any more than you need to? I know that most teenagers, especially guys, wouldn't care about that because they like bloody/gory stuff...but sheesh. |
