Nose bleeds=A comedic form of saying hes aroused?
I Just wanted to confirm that was true about that aspect of anime. I saw it somewhere on Wikipedia.

Haha yeah, I've seen this a lot. Apparently it happens when one is aroused and/or thinking naughty thoughts.
 It's amusing. And would really suck if that happened in real life.
