Ok. Here's the deal. I asked this friend of mine to prom. He is a Sophomore and I'm a Junior. Alot of people told me that why go with him and all. I told them ,since I only thought of him as a friend at that time, that I wouldn't dance with him. I did of course. He wasn't the best "grinder" but he was a great slow dancer. I never ever felt that way slow dancing with someone before. I wanted it to last forever. I don't know. I regret not dancing with him more than I should. To the point, I fell for him. I don't know if he feels the same way. His family is Portuguese and my family is Filipino. Portuguese is stricked when it comes to dating and so is Filipinos.They would never approve me if i was his gf. I just can't stop think about him. In my dreams, riding in the car,and typing right now.
 I don't want to get hurt again by a guy. What should I do? |

Do you have any idea if he likes you too?
I think it was just a one-time feeling you got... Even though it's still around now, it was probably just the atmosphere of the night or something. If you didn't like him before then, I think it's just a temporary crush. However, if you feel there's potential and a way to get your families to allow you to date, try. If not, it's not worth the hurt. |
