Layout saying Invalid!, All links are invalid |

Heya all,
 i've copyied and pasted myspace layouts before, and this site has the 2 codes to copy which i've done, but when i go to preview my layout, if i click on 'friends' or 'comments' or any links this message comes up 'Invalid Friend ID. This user has either cancelled their membership, or their account has been deleted.' I don't have a clue how to change it! Very Appreciated if anyone could help me out. Thanks x Charlotte x
