Alright, well. If you don't know what boxing is, a rough definition, would be someone playing two different characters, on two different accounts, on two different computers.. At the same time.
I mean, unless you're really bored, wtf's the point? |

Same way multi tasking can be :)
say you are doing something that takes an hour to get done on one toon You can go do another thing that you want to get done that takes an equal amount of time but is quite easy and have both done in 1 hour. You can also use the higher lvl to help you through instances/quests etc. I know you know about that, but you said no one told you the reasons, and there they are :) FFS FFS FFS FFS FFS :D :D :D I could be writing Phht instead ;) |

^ Again, I understand why you'd need more than one account, I have a few accounts for multiple MMO's. But, it seems lame to play both at the same time.

What on earth would you be doing, that could take an hour, on auto? Unless you're creating an assload of something, there isn't a point. In general, unless you have no life, no friends, or nothing better to do, you don't need to box. It's just something people do.. Just because. Personally, I think people just like being able to say, "I'm boxing, leave _____ alone". Then, have ten kids flock to them in amazement, that they have more than one pc, an account, running at the same time. |
