i was wondering if there is any way in PSP XI (Paint Shop Pro XI) to change the color of your hair.. or parts of it, like highlights or something?
anyone wanna clue me in?

I think you could follow any colorization tutorial to do that. (Even though you don't have to actually put it to black and white). Possibly.
