There's not point in continuing the relationship if the "spark" isn't there anymore. You should just be straight up and tell him the truth about how you feel instead of holding it off. You may not feel the same but its good to let your boyfriend know that you don't so you don't end up hurting him more. Don't rush into Robert too quickly, though. If this new guy catches your attention, take some time to get to know him some more. Since you guys are old friends then it should be no problem, but you should still see if he's your "type".
