self explanitory.
i am a vegetarian ... i know some vegetarians eat fish or chicken, but i stay away from ANYTHING with a nervous system, so... anywho, lately my meals have been blah (i make my own casseroles and meals since everyone else in this family is on team red meat) and every recipe i look up on the internet has some sort of uncommon ingredient... one that i could never get since i live in a small village. so i am wondering, does anyone have any simple but tasty vegetarian recipes out there?!?! thanks

Eggplant is a good substitute for steak.No joke.
Eggplant is cheap and so veritile and depending on your recipe needs comes in two different flavors. If you are looking for a bitter more earthy taste your best shot is with a female eggplant.The way to pick those out is to remmber what traits a female body has-curvy hips. Female eggplant has a curvy base. If you are looking for a sweeter taste then a male eggplant is best.Thoe are more narrow based and theres a little tab it as on the wee bottom that it looks literealy like a tiny version of a mans pe....er.....yeah.. |
