how do you get over someone when you fell in love with with them and about a week ago they told you they had a girl on the side the whole entire time and still has that same girlfriend now but still tells you that he loves you and your amazing and your beautiful and everything else even through your broken up?
&& also no one supports you in it. your mom thinks your a whore because your doing stuff with him. your brother and sister and friends tell you to not bother with him |

I have to first off, know a very clear reason why I was broken up with, or else I spend that much longer worrying about what the true reason was. Then I cut off all contact with them for the first 'phase'; talking to them and trying to hold on hurts too much to be able to let go. I trash or put away any photos or presents from them. Then I cry, really. I let it all out. I embrace my friends- they're there for you, being with them takes off so much of the loneliness. I go on long, strenuous runs to keep my mind off it as much as possible. That's pretty much the things I've done...  Hope you feel better in time...
