I have been trying to find out where this website, http://oh-hilary.com/ gets their brushes and textures from. I found out who made the layout, but they are on hiatus and they didn't show a e-mail address. Does anybody know where I can get those brushes and textures?

the person who made the layout probably made the textures and brushes, since they don't have a credit section. i suggest you contact them about it.
