How do you lose stomach weight without losing in any other places? Is that even possible? I run everyday &excersize for like maybe 10 minutes every day, which is not a lot. Should I watch what I eat?

I've never really had much stomach fat (I'm lucky I know) I do 200 - 300 sit ups a day or every 2 days, so that helps keep me in shape and it's helping me towards getting that six pack I want.
Best thing to do is sit ups, start of light then do more, eat more healthy stuff like vegetables, fruits, pasta, tuna, chicken. Also running and cycling for about 20-30 minutes will help. I more or less follow this guideline and i'm definitely seeing the benefits. I recommend it. |
