Is there a nutritionalist here who can tell me the difference?... Because I'm more clueless than usual.

Atkins is more of a unhealthy diet, having you eat more foods such as bacon, processed cheese, ham, sandwich meats, ect.
South beach is more of a healty diet, having you eat such things as turkey, salmon, vegetables, chicken, ect. Hope that helps.
