umm.... yeah, i want to make my own splash page. but by making one, it has to be uploaded? also, for also using liek xtools, i dont even know how to open xtools.

heh ::feels dumb:: the splash page is the page that comes up that tells people to enter your site right?
i didn't know that had to be hosted... |
