Are you afraid of getting older? Not just afraid of change itself, but of just growing. Of getting those wrinkles, of gaining life experience, of realizing that "Shit, a year already?"

The thing about getting old, is the fear of the unknown. Also changes. In this day and age alot can change in 5 years or less. So in 40 years time soo much would of changed. Can you adapt and cope with such changes? I think these are the main questions people ask themselves when they think of getting old.

Apparently, one of the most popular solutions to the aging adaptation problem seems to involve becoming viciously bitter, playing domino, developing absurd everyday routines and pretending to be deaf to annoy the hell out of people.

I don't play dominos. I do play Scrabble though.

I'm an old(er) broad, but I was never scared of getting older. I don't care much about wrinkles or gray hair (not that have a lot of either, I did see a few gray hairs that I plucked out though :[ ). I think that having a young child in the house (my 7 year-old son) helps me feel young.
