comments in DIV Options

[shannondiaz1]

A friend of mine made me a DIV but the comments are not showing up in the scroll box where there suppose to show, I looked through the codes and couldnt find the problem.
And also... in firefox it looks fine but in IE its all off to the side and down to far.
If anyone could help me with this I would be really appreciate it.
