anyways . i`ve just recently learned that i don`t have to smoke a box of mj to get emotionally high . im already naturally high ...and i`d be able to focus really well without taking drugs . or alchohol . i`ve also found a case that in order to be vitally healthy you` would have to link all your chakra paths in your body to be really aware focused healthy and stress free . its very suprising . its very well that you can just meditate and pray everyday and so you can feel spiritually emotionally and mentally well at the highest peak . so any thoughts about this lately ? also sometimes a little green tea can help .
