Now if I were a new member trying to get my posts up just to get special privileges with CB's xanga/myspace crap, I'd understand the idea on spam.

But now me, being a member of CB since...practically it was first created, you'd think I wouldn't really care to spam. Someone's got a vendetta.

I don't see that anywhere in the ByLaws. You don't get a PM warning you to stop a behavior prior to a warning unless it's a verbal warning. Raised warn levels get an accompanying PM, but you don't get a "stop that" email prior to the actual raised warn level itself.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what it is you're trying to say.

See, you complain about warnings yet you continue to refer to someone like that. I'm going to let that slide, once. If you continue to flame her or anyone else for that matter, your warn level will just continue to increase.

Don't you get a verbal warning PMed to you before the actual warning level is raised? It's kinda unfair just to write "ZOMG VERBAL WARNING" in the topic since the person might not visit that topic again.

What, exactly has gone on behind anyone's back? Podo got a warning, he wasn';t satisfied with the way it was delivered, and now it's being discussed.
