yea, i hate being sore.
i know it's a big no-no to not do some conditioning yourself out of the season..but thats what i did. nothing. i hate it noww..it's only the second day of track practice and im dying. i cant even sit on the toilet without plopping myself onto it. anyone else hate being sore as much as i do? |

Oh God. I feel that way right now. It hurts like crap. I'm basically waddling around while grabbing onto anything to keep myself up. >__> Do you need a man slave? I like the soreness, it means my body is getting used to the condition and becoming stronger. This always happens when I haven't played soccer for a long time or any sports. The down side is that at it's worst I walk funny and can't even do simple things like put my shirt on or lift my arms up. I'm always at my weakest at this point. |
