I need your help! Options

K well maybe a week ago i posted a topc sayin how this girl likes me but there is this long distance guy who lives in England that she talks to on the computer and he said he loves her and all that crap It's been a while since they talked maybe abput 5 months. So me and her and someone else who i know are dating go bowling and stuff and hang and at the end of the date she kisses me. So yeah now her and I are going out and things WERE gonig great but now out of the blue this guy in England phones her and says he needs to talk to her. So now you know he's telling her why he's sorry that he couldn't contact her for 5 months and stuff and that he still likes her. Now she is upset and she was sayin to me *ohh i wish I waited for him*, and now she's really sad. Now i feel terrible cause there is nothnig i can do you know. I tell her everything is going to be fine and get better but she never believes me. She has like no self confidence left just because of this one guy she met for 12 seconds when she was little and talked to on the computer. I honestly love her with all of my heart and i keep telling her that. She's really confused right now i really hope she gets better. Do any of you ladies or gentlemen have any advice for me. PLEASE I honestly have no where else to turn.

You've tried the best you can and it still hasn't worked. She's very confused and best thing would be to break up mutually if you can. You could end up getting hurt if you stay with her. The fact that she said that she wish she had waited for him is a STRONG indicator that she likes that other guy.
