I'm not very happy with my body right now and am looking for a definite change. I'd like to lose a few pounds here and there. I'm going vegetarian with my dad and my parents are going on Weight Watchers, so I'll probably indirectly be a part of that. So I have the diet down, but I need to excercise more. I own a treadmill but I find it SO boring to run on, even while watching TV. I'd much prefer running outside but I'm embarassed to... I'm a good runner but I'm always paranoid I'll run into someone I know and they'll be like, "Good idea, you definitely need to work out." or something like that. Anybody have any solutions to my dilemma?

If getting in shape and exercising is
that important to you, then what does it matter what other people think? If you are consistent with it, you'll get results, and what's embarassing about that? don't be afraid to have some confidence ;) |
