Checking up on the reliability of these religious scriptures may help a bit. This topic is just like yours asking Christians to prove that there is a god. But of course, which god is real? The christian god? Buddha? Mohammed? or the Flying Spaghetti Monster? Or is there even a god? |

This topic is just like yours asking Christians to prove that there is a god. But of course, which god is real? The christian god? Buddha? Mohammed? or the Flying Spaghetti Monster? Or is there even a god? Several scriptures are supposedly said to be "the word of God" or written by prophets and what not who spoke to angels and messengers. The more or less reliable the scriptures become, the more or less likely of a chance there seems be a "Christian (or Muslim, Hindu, etc.) God" to be existent. Testing the reliability of a scripture isn't impossible. People like to look for contradictions within a scripture. One thing I like to watch out for are scriptures written a long, long time ago describing concepts that weren't discovered and confirmed until much later after the scripture itself was written. And I don't think I ever created any topics asking Christians to prove that there is a God... |
