I'm not very happy with my body right now and am looking for a definite change. I'd like to lose a few pounds here and there. I'm going vegetarian with my dad and my parents are going on Weight Watchers, so I'll probably indirectly be a part of that. So I have the diet down, but I need to excercise more. I own a treadmill but I find it SO boring to run on, even while watching TV. I'd much prefer running outside but I'm embarassed to... I'm a good runner but I'm always paranoid I'll run into someone I know and they'll be like, "Good idea, you definitely need to work out." or something like that. Anybody have any solutions to my dilemma?

Cycling is a great way to loose some pounds and gain alot of stamina and overall endurance.
Pick up your pace on the treadmill perhaps? Anyways I work out at home. Been training for a while now, so home training might be better for you. Also I recommend going to the gym if you want. Depends what your after though. |
