I'm not very happy with my body right now and am looking for a definite change. I'd like to lose a few pounds here and there. I'm going vegetarian with my dad and my parents are going on Weight Watchers, so I'll probably indirectly be a part of that. So I have the diet down, but I need to excercise more. I own a treadmill but I find it SO boring to run on, even while watching TV. I'd much prefer running outside but I'm embarassed to... I'm a good runner but I'm always paranoid I'll run into someone I know and they'll be like, "Good idea, you definitely need to work out." or something like that. Anybody have any solutions to my dilemma?

ROFL! I hate it.
ME TOO! I hate going to the gym. Because every single time there is this big 40 year old lady that wears spandex. And tries to out run me in the treadmill or lift more weights than me. haha. It's funny yet creepy. Try swimming because you don't sweat as much. |
