Can't vouch for it's reliability but I came across this and thought I would share it with those looking for free hosting.
Note: Not all their plans are free, just the basic one which offers 500 mb in webspace and 200 GB in monthly traffic. http://knotjust.com/ |

I saw this quoted in my topic in Designer's Cafe and it looks great and professional, 'cept you forgot to mention that the Free one has a $5 setup fee.
