So I'm starting the pig dissection in a week or so. My teacher put up picture links for the dissection.
 I clicked on the mouth and I was already grossed out so I didn't bother clicking the others. I don't know. My teacher said our pig practical test/quiz is worth like 10% of our final grade or something so I'm pretty scared about that.What should I expect?  How was your previous experience with the dissection? Any extremely helpful links? Thanks

I didn't feel squirmish or anything. I mean, I'm a girl who is deathly afraid of knives, of needles, of bugs, etc. and I have all those kind of stupid fears... but I found it pretty interesting actually, haha. The only problem I have with dissections is you can come out smelling like crap... as in the instance of dissecting frogs, which I did in freshmen year of HS. Just keep an open mind, try not to get any crap on yourself. |
