'Kay so I wanna do something with my hair. Not really get it cut, but maybe a different way or styling it or I'm definatly open to coloring.
I have 4 bright ass blonde streaks in my hair kind of underneath so they can be colored and the rest of my hair can be colored. heres a pic of me (excuse the ugly)  I was thinking maybe like streaks of color in my bangs..? or something along those lines. |

I think you should part your hair to the side, and get some side-swept bangs. Then you get layers, and at around shoulder-length. Also, get a straight perm (or straighten it yourself) and it would be pretty cute. Oh, adding black or red highlights would be cute too.
