Layout Question, Pictures? |

I'm using this layout from CreateBlog, http://www.createblog.com/layouts/download.php?id=16441
and I've figured out how to put my friendID in the right place so the links work. But how do I put in my default picture and my top friends' pictures on my page?  Right now it has blank "friend" boxes sliding by where my friends' pictures should be, and I don't know how to replace them with the pics. I hope this makes sense, but any help would be great!
