me and my boyfriend have been arguing this past few weeks. however, i've been depressed since my 17th birthday. it first started on my bday, when my boyfriend did not show up on my very own birthday. since then, we've been arguing a lot and i'm getting more depressed. how worst depression can get when you're in that situation?

focus on the things that make you happy. don't let just one person bring you down, even if it is someone you care a lot about. you can't allow yourself to get down to the lowest of lows. keep your chin up & spend a lot of time with your friends & try to have the best time with them.
