I'm not very happy with my body right now and am looking for a definite change. I'd like to lose a few pounds here and there. I'm going vegetarian with my dad and my parents are going on Weight Watchers, so I'll probably indirectly be a part of that. So I have the diet down, but I need to excercise more. I own a treadmill but I find it SO boring to run on, even while watching TV. I'd much prefer running outside but I'm embarassed to... I'm a good runner but I'm always paranoid I'll run into someone I know and they'll be like, "Good idea, you definitely need to work out." or something like that. Anybody have any solutions to my dilemma?

Im the same way, I just dont like working out in front of other people...alwyas feel like their critisizing me for something or another.
What I did, was I started getting up earlier in themornings, and running in the morning. Not only do you have a very rare chance of running into anyone you know...and if you do they prolly dont want to see you either, you feel much better for the rest of the day. Your more awake, and energized...as long as you eat a good breakfast before or after you go. |
