I'm not very happy with my body right now and am looking for a definite change. I'd like to lose a few pounds here and there. I'm going vegetarian with my dad and my parents are going on Weight Watchers, so I'll probably indirectly be a part of that. So I have the diet down, but I need to excercise more. I own a treadmill but I find it SO boring to run on, even while watching TV. I'd much prefer running outside but I'm embarassed to... I'm a good runner but I'm always paranoid I'll run into someone I know and they'll be like, "Good idea, you definitely need to work out." or something like that. Anybody have any solutions to my dilemma?

Well there are places like Womens Workout world and Curves that only allow for you to work out with women.
If that makes you feel comfortable. |

Noooooo dont go to Curves. ![]() I went today, to try it out - and it was HELL. As soon as I walked in and saw what the place was like, I turned around and left. It's nothing but a bunch of older ladies who rotate between equipment that's lined up in a circle. They dont even have a tredmill! ![]() |
