just wondering, how does everyone keep they're teeth clean, as in how often you brush and if you floss and/or use mouthwash
i brush 2 times a day and only floss like once a week i try to use mouthwash every night but i got lazy and also do it once a week |

I brush twice a day; once in the morning and once in the night. My dentist appointments are basically every other month for check ups. |
