sometimes girls do have a choice of themselve but usually their parents decide.

I agree. Maturity makes the difference. My friends n I are young, like 12, and they have 'boyfriends'
 'Makes me sick! They don't even do anything like couples! They're too young! The most they do with their so called 'boyfriend' is ask him for favors, and act like they have the right to interrupt his basketball game to just say 'hi'. That's IT.    Too young to go on dates, too young to have boyfriends... I think 8th grade or freshman is the youngest I would consider getting a boyfriend.
