I'm pretty descent at HTML, the only question I have is where do I put it? The web stat box? Like customized scrollbars, etc. etc.

You put your custom HTML in the Website Stats box. Yeah I was confused on that too. It wouldn't work on the Javascript Module box so yeah, Website Stats box works fine.
