Just wanted to know other people's thoughts on this. I recently started writing in this notebook that I guess I could call my dream journal. Mainly to see if my dreams have some subliminal message and if I can connect that to one another. What about you guys?

I don't. Although I've been told it is a really therapeutic thing to do. I know that the doctors encourage the children who are overnight here to do that, especially if they are longer term hospital inpatients (such as those on chemo).
