Is there a way in Ps7 to edit the smudging settings, specifically "scattering"? I know you can do it in CS2, but I'm not sure if there's a way to edit scattering in PS7. All I can find are editing the shape dynamics of the brush. =\

Can't you pick a brush, and then edit it through Window>>Brushes ?
